The Gathering Place

At the heart of Sterling Ridge is a grand vision: a neighborhood where people actually know each other. That vision is taking shape through the Sterling Ridge Community Gathering Place — a phased amenity development designed to make this community the most connected in Colorado Springs.

Phase 1 is already underway, with completion anticipated in fall 2026: A generous playground, multi-purpose sports field, pickleball courts, park play areas, and a lawn and pavilion for concerts and music in the park.

Future phases of development are in the very early planning stages and will be shared as the vision for the Gathering Place continues to take shape.
